When you use the chat service

To respond to a WhatsApp message, the current service processes the sender's WhatsApp identifier, the content of the conversation and message timestamps. Recent messages may be used as conversation context so that replies remain coherent.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms also apply when you use that service.

When you apply for an opportunity

If you email us about a role, we process the information you choose to provide—such as your name, contact details, CV, cover note and work samples—to review your interest and communicate with you.

Please do not send identification documents, financial information, medical information or other sensitive personal data at the initial application stage.
